RESPONSABILITATI

- give recommendations to the Manager to activate and promote the employees;
- be responsible for the employee satisfactory project, ensure high employee satisfactory procedures;
- be responsible for the management of the training plan
- develop the methodology and instruments for the HR Department needs (job description, appraisal per month/per quarter /per year, payroll and HR management)
- recruitment planning (per year and quarter) according to Company’s needs and development strategies
- develop specific tools and procedures for improving recruitment efficiencies: referral program, internal recruitment, etc
- organize the employee information database and give relevant advices in compliance with the Romanian labor law;
- recommending new ideas in field of activity


CERINTE

University Degree (specific training in HR would be a plus);
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position
- knowdleges in recruitment practice (sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and assessing)
- Experience or knowledge of payroll
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal beneficiaries and candidates, ability to work independently and to extract information for managing recruitment projects (especially for new positions);
- Very good self organizing skills and ability to work with short deadlines;
- Positive attitude and excellent ability to lead and energize the team;
- Excellent prioritizing and decision - making skills, strong organizational and planning skills;
- Strong PC skills: advanced MS Office;
- Proficiency in English (Italian is a plus);
