The selected people will be inserted into a technology group, composed of highly motivated members, having the real opportunity to learn new technology and grow up into a challenging team.
- Degree in industrial chemistry or equivalent
- Experience in organizing and supervising the controlling and ordering of raw materials, of semi-finished materials and finished products, against international standards (rubber knowledge)
- Ability to manage the testing operations required by the final customers, to plan and execute the periodical tests, to solve quality problems
- Ability to periodically set the measuring instruments
- Knowledge about standards (applicable ISO 900)
- Fluent English and, preferably, Italian
