Your responsibilities:
• Work as part of a team within the Maintenance Dept. to implement & upkeep TS16949 procedures.
• Liaise with various departments regarding issues.
• Implementation of Continuous Improvement activities.
• Lead the day-to-day team activities.
• Responsible for ensuring automated production facility equipment is optimized
• Ensure equipment utilisation is optimized through effective planned maintenance and continuous improvement
• Ensure adequate manning is maintained during production
• Ensure a satisfactory level of time keeping and attendance
• Ensure communication within department is optimized through shift hand over meetings and weekly team meeting
• Ensure all HS&E is adhered to including risk assessments, accident/incident reports completed and escalated to H&S Manager.
We expect you to have:
• Good business sense, understanding of department costs
• High knowledge of discipline routes and procedures
• Previous experience of managing within a production environment
• Good understanding of Health and Safety requirements within a manufacturing environment

• High understanding of QS / TS / and ISO requirements
• Previous supervisory experience essential
