• Establishing Capex (investments) budget for CIP Department
• Establishing with Management Plant Vision and Lean Strategy for the next 2 Years / 5 Years
• Elaborating CIP documentation
• Coordinating CIP team in:
• WS activity (5S, WIP, Ergonomics)
• Kaizen Events (including Blitz Kaizen)
• 5S and Lean Audits
• Trainings (5S, Continuous flow, learning to see, 7 wastes, SMED, Kanban, Base of Ergonomics 6 Sigma)
• Keeping good traceability of Lean activity on Corporation Share Points
• Responsible for fulfillment of all targets cascaded down from European Headquarter
• Responsible for all reporting activity to Top Management
• Collaborating with Plant Controller to a good synchronization of the Lean saving reporting between Lean Share point and Hyperion.
• Establishing, maintaining and keeping the Production Improvements Proposal System
• Making proposals to BU Leader regarding compensation system for the best Improvement proposals (including establishing the quantum of rewords and segregate them in 2 categories hard and soft savings).
• Establishing Visual Management for entire plant
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Waste Management knowledge
• Customer focused, Results oriented, Team Player, Good communicator
• Have a passion for improvement work and demonstrate an improvement mind-set
• Capable of managing a portfolio of priorities, stakeholders and competing business opportunities
• Understanding of the purpose, application and limitations of a variety of CI tools and processes in a range of environments (operations, maintenance, projects, business process, office) and the ability to develop this capability in others through training and coaching
