The personal assistant (PA) works closely with the CEO to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. As the CEO's PA, you are the trusted right-hand and you will accompany, advise and speak on behalf of the CEO on national and international meetings and conferences.
The PA often acts as their manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. Typical work activities include:
- Assist CEO in business affairs
- Travel from time to time with the CEO
- Manage and assist in all ad hoc projects as delegated by CEO
- Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence
- Liaise with internal and external parties proactively and independently
- Screen incoming calls for the CEO and arrange conference calls regularly
- Manage schedules of meetings, bookings and appointments as well as travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements
- Prepare presentation materials, reports, meeting agenda and meetings

Your background:
- GERMAN and ENGLISH languages are mandatory
- Experience on a similar position is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Tactful and trustworthy individual with exceptional organizational skills and a high level of professionalism
