- University Degree(specific training in HR would be a plus);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Consistent Knowledge and skills in recruitment practice (sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and assessing);
- Good English (Italian is a plus);
- Very good self organizing skills and ability to work with short deadlines.
