• Higher Education graduate;
• Have great knowledge of the cereal market in the Area;
• Advanced knowledge of English, knowledge of French is considered an advantage;
• Possess computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Possess a driving’s license;
• Elaborating and implementing strategies regarding the relationships with clients and internal and external suppliers;
• Maintaining the relationship with suppliers, drafting of technical specifications, asks for commercial offers and launching of orders;
• Closing of contracts as well as following-up on delivery;
• Negotiating the acquisition contracts by correctly evaluating the opportunity of accepting a new supplier;
• Centralizing the acquisition of raw materials, selecting the offers, evaluating various distribution channels by taking into account quality, services and costs;
• Participating to the quantitative and qualitative reception of goods, tracing documentation;
• Observing the development of contracts in terms of assortment, quality, delivery terms, delivery prices, cases of non-observance of the contractual obligations and applying penalties provided by law;
• Following-up on the payment of bills for the goods received;
• Proposing measures to improve the activity on the line supply and storage of materials supplied;
• Taking action towards the prevention of motionless stock;
• Preparing monthly reports daily activity and other reports requested by the Director industry
