Key Responsibilities:
• Carries out accounting activities in accordance with all accounting principles and standards; carries out accounting activities as stipulated by legal norms and regulations in force.
• Realizes complex bank account reconciliation, checks booking accuracy to be correct and complete.
• Collects, processes, checks and analyzes financial information and prepares financial reports and accounting statements;
• Checks and verifies the financial and accounting information transmitted to the Plant Controller to be correct and complete in order to take financial decisions. These reports include the statement of profit and loss account, the check balance, the creditor and debtor list, all payment graphs and other required reports.
• Ensuring the accounts' accuracy and management control.
• Transmits the financial information required by the Plant Controller for the financial reports that support an efficient management control.
• Manages and maintains the accuracy of stocks regarding the material analysis, the quantitative transactions carried out and the costs. Analyzes the necessity of creating a reserve of stocks.
• Compares the inventory levels and stocks by analyzing the differences.
• Transmits operational data required by the Plant Controller and plays the role of a factor in taking financial decisions.
• Has good team communication skills.
• Supports less experienced colleagues and helps the team in solving problems.
Experience Required:
• Pc operating skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Previous experience in a similar job.
Education/qualifications required :
• Faculty of Economic Sciences, finances - credit specialty;
• Romanian Banking Institute – International financial reporting standards;
• Active member of Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania.
