Reporting to Operations Manager, the main responsibilities will be:
- Handling direct/indirect contacts with the Romanian Authorities (Customs, Immigration, Police, Veterinarian, Harbor Master, etc), Port Operators and issuing all relevant documents regarding the liaison with the above authorities.
- Attending port formalities for the vessel and supporting the Master/Crew in all his/their actions in connections to any situation arising during vessel¿s call at Constanta Port.
- Presenting the relevant documents to the Customs in order to obtain the official Customs permission for discharging/loading the vessel.
- Organizing vessel arrival departure (Permit to come alongside, documentation, etc).
- Responsible for updating systems concerning vessel operations.
All candidates must be internationally business oriented, with good knowledge of the shipping sector and excellent teamwork skills, fluent in both written and spoken English, have good computer and interpersonal skills, communicative personality, be ambition driven, dynamic, dedicated.
