- To be responsible and accountable for the management of the store/stores;
- To maximize sales and minimize losses;
- To meet commercial requirements;
- To manage and develop a team of staff to give the highest standards of service to the customer;
- To provide the overall direction of the store through leadership, motivation and effective communication;
- To present the store in an attractive and logical way, maintaining high standards throughout;
- To develop, monitor and adjust the P&L account of the store;
- To implement and monitor the correct procedure of inventory and stock control.
- University Degree in Business Administration will be considered an asset;
- Excellent command of Romanian and English Language;
- 5 years working experience in the Retail sector, 3 of which in a position of responsibility – managerial position;
- PC Literate;
- Business Leadership;
