- Leading the local workers in the storage area and monitor their progress of works
- Responsible for safety inside the storage area in accordance to the SHEQ policy
- Environmental protection in accordance to Romanian legislation
- Organisation of the pre-fabrication including co-ordination of the material flow, the availability of tools, plants and equipment
- Monitoring variations in production and in the material flow relating to site activities, preparing reports and providing documentation
- Preparation and submission of documentation reporting the material incoming and material outgoing according to project standards, mainly site reports and status reports
- Ensures quality and quantity of the delivered supplies conform with contractual conditions
- Direct liaison sub contractors to ensure timely delivery of defined activities on site
- Participation at project meetings in order to organize the interfaces between the company and all other parties involved in this project
- Engineer with experience in stock keeping and organisation of a storage area
- High skilled worker with 5 years experience in stock keeping
- English in speaking and writing / Standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
