As a Senior Software Tester you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and, as a result, the final customers' satisfaction. For this you need an integrated way of thinking, recognize logical connections and never lose sight of the big picture.
Main Responsibilities of a Senior Software Tester:
• analyzing requirements (in English and/or in German) and preparing test cases in accordance with ISTQB testing standards
• preparing test strategies and test concepts for testing complex web applications for Transportation Management Systems (logistic field)
• perform manual functional and regression software testing
• identifying and documenting errors in JIRA tool, manage them until closing
• documenting test progress and preparing test reports
• create automated regression testing using Selenium or other automation tool or scripting framework.
• German & English language mandatory
• Professional experience in testing software applications - more than 2 years
• Solid knowledge of IT architectures and IT processes.
• Database knowledge, SQL language
• Programming knowledge or expertise in test automation and scripting
• ISTQB testing certifications is an advantage
