To execute the whole recruitment and selection process with all the steps for different clients from allocated area.
-Analyses the clients' recruitment request and establish together the ideal profile of the candidate;
-Prepare and place the job advertisement on different channels;
-Review and select the applications;
-Plan and conduct the interviews, make the recommendations to the client;
-University degree in psychology or related fields;
-Relevant experience as a recruiter for at least 1 year for different positions (top and middle management mainly);
-Good command of English;
-Excellent PC skills;
-Open minded, flexible, with good communicating skills;
