For our client, a big Commercial Center located in Constanta we are looking for a Senior Accountant.
Responsible of the financial management of the company.
Preparing of the yearly budget of the company.
Supervising of the expenses comparing to the budget.
Preparing of the financial reports.
Professional relations with the IT company in order to prepare statistical reports (daily, monthly and yearly) and necessary data to the company’s leadership.
Monthly reports with the situation of the budget’s exploitation in comparison with the approved budget.
Supervision at the receiving of the payments from the tenants.
- University of Economical Sciences, specialization Accountability.
- Experience at least 3 years.
- PC Skills (all computer programs including Excel, PowerPoint and the necessary accountability programs).
- Very good knowledge of English.
