RESPONSABILITATI

- Answer phones, take messages and direct callers to the appropriate staff person.
- Greet visitors and provide general information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails and faxes.
- Translate business related documents.
- Schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings and other events.
- Assist staff with office administrative support upon request.
- Works with the office staff to create specific materials (research studies, reports).
- Establish, maintain, process, and update electronic and paper files, records, and documents.
- Other duties as assigned.


CERINTE

- Minimum 3 years in a secretarial position;
- Excelent English and French
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Secretarial qualification;
- Pleasant and approachable appearance and manner;
- Ability to work of own initiative.
