- Perform selling activities and offer consultancy to potential clients for Colliers exclusive residential projects in Constanta;
- Preparing offers, contracts, electronic proposals, market research;
- Update databases;
- Contact clients, make presentations;
- Attend meetings, viewing tours, conferences, seminars, etc
- 2 years of experience in sales (is a plus);
- Open minded, team player and willing to learn and improve;
- Self-motivated, committed, dynamic and positive person;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Romanian;
- Excellent with the computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks;
- Interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
