For own portfolio of Business Banking Clients:
· Achieve revenue performance versus targets
· To develop new and maintain relationships with specified clients,
· Assume ownership of the NCTO/Care process
· Prepare in accordance with the Business Model, credit proposals and reviews for own clients
· Sell multiple products to clients in order to ensure the determined cross sell levels
· Ensure capital allocated across client portfolio meets requirements of the approved clients’ capital allocation process
· Ensure credit delivery within guidelines in order to achieve a satisfactory rating or its equivalent as evidenced by reviews a/o corrective comments made by Audit, Compliance, ORM and external regulatory reviews
As part of Business Banking Sales Force, contribute to:
· Implementing of Business Banking annual target market strategy and Business Plan to provide successful, profitable growth in mid-market penetration as evidenced by growth in number of clients and revenues for BB.
· Executing BB front office Change Management Agenda
· Participate in projects, seminars and other client events
Professional qualifications:
· English proficiency (another foreign language would be a plus)
· Bachelor’s degree
· Preferably sales experience in banking (1-2 years)

· Ability to address financial needs of more sophisticated target market customers.
