- Organize and supervise promotional activities at LAMPs and in store level in the assigned region, based on the Annual Marketing Action Plan;
- Negotiate and conclude with the LAMP owners PM contracts in line with stategy;
- Collect and analyze information related to market trends and competitors; co-operate with Brand Management team in order to identify appropriate consumer communication;
- Monitor and report on the executed activities;
- Organize the temporary hostesses’ activities through external agencies
- Ensure that all activities are executed in compliance with Business Conduct Policy and PM Marketing Code.
- University graduate (University degree in Marketing is a plus);
- 2 years experience in a related position in the HORECA universe;
- Experience in team coordination/supervision is a plus;
- High interpersonal understanding and customer orientation;
- Strong negotiations and communication skills;
- Strong knowledge of English;
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
