THE RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to high volume of costumer needs with well-crafted,personalized & thoughtful help/advice. Understand customer issues over time & develop compelling solutions to preempt customer needs&questions. Consistently work with the Concierge team to track, solve&innovate our processes& procedures to provide the best customer care in the world.
THE REQUIREMENTS. 1+ year experience in customer service. Exceptional communication skills. Exceptional Romanian and English writhing and speaking skills. Knowledge about Men's fashion,fabrics and a passion for keeping up with style trends. Collaborate with tne Operations team to ensure all customer requests are confirmed& understood.
