RESPONSABILITATI

Major Responsibilities:

1. Calculates tips for plan participants based on the Tipping and Bar Gratuity policy.

2. Calculates guarantees, actual wages, and shortfalls to be paid by the company for crew members participating in the plan.

3. Maintains computerized crew data in CAP, Fidelio, and PONG systems including tipping allocations, month-end closing, and communication with the Corporate Office regarding these matters.

4. Responsible for booking and reporting disbursements for crew in CAP system.

5. Keeps record of all OT files and reports on weekly basis to the Corporate Office.

6. Collects crew administration costs onboard via appropriate payroll system.

7. Verifies union membership fees, overhead and other social provision are deducted by manning agents from crew allotments on a monthly basis.

8. Responsible for responding to crew questions and concerns regarding tipping calculations and allocations.

9. Interpret, advise and communicate with Department Heads, Officers and Crew regarding matters related to tipping policy and procedures.

10. Perform cash handling duties in a manner consistent with established policies and procedures.

3. ECP Tier 2

5. Crew Fraternization
6. Team Building
7. Performance Appraisal
8. Fire Fighting & Prevention
9. Lifeboatman
10. Chemical Handling
11. T.I.P.S.

The following courses and/or certificates are desired:
1. First Aid/CPR/Heim
2. Hazardous Materials
