- prezinta, promoveaza si realizeaza vanzarea prin telefon a produselor si serviciilor pentru clientii din zona arondata
- programeaza platile clientilor si a agentilor de distributie pentru incasarea platilor in numerar de la clienti
- monitorizeaza intreaga activitate a clientilor si dezvolta relatia cu clientul
- respecta ruta zilnica de apeluri si stabileste obiective specifice pentru acestea
- este responsabil de atingerea targhetului de vanzari si a altor obiective setate de managementul direct
- transmite feedback-ul de la clienti catre managerul direct legat de clienti, competitie si dinamica pietii
