IT Expert - CONSTANTA

RESPONSABILITATI

- Operating and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the Constanta branch;
- Proper working and maintenance of the customers¿ IT infrastructure in accordance with the specific contracts;
- Multicash installations in Constanta and Tulcea;
- Maintaining correct and complete project reports data;
- Understanding in-depth the customer¿s IT strategy and priorities;
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with the customer¿s IT specialists;
- Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction;
- Administrating LAN, WAN, Internet connection, WEB and Mail servers for FBS Constanta Branch;
- Acting as IT consultant (software & hardware) for local and national projects of Forte Business Services;
- Installation/setting up/customizing the OS (Windows, Linux, BSD) suite applications (MS Office, OpenOffice) and firewall, antispam, antispyware, antivirus applications;
- Reporting to the Branch Manager.
