7 to 12 years in the ship repair industry or large manufacturing organization.
Experience on all sections of the workshop floor i.e. machine shop, electrical, mechanical, fabrication and welding.
Fairly good working knowledge of all equipments and machinery.
Ability to technically and commercially interpret contracts or class rule and international standard requirement.
