Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the main responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Coordinates all documentation as follows:
- ensure information flow to and from drivers
- taking from the drivers all the necessary documents
- checking all the expenses for the trips
- checking the routes
- checking the follow-up of AETR regulations and notify any iregularity to the Fleet Manager
- considering reducing the costs and optimising utilisation of the fleet and is informing Fleet Manager whatever observation in that respect
- calculating consumptions for the trucks
- elaborating reports to the direct managers
The main requirements:
Ideal candidate must have driving license category B (category C and E represents an advantage) to be patient, attentive to details, to work easily with tables and reports, stress resistant, responsible, serious, correct, dedicated, with initiative, to have good PC skills (Excel, Word, Windows, databases, Outlook, Internet) and ability to work under stress and pressure.
