The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Dispatcher is reporting to the Fleet Manager and coordinates all drivers as following:
- coordinates trucking fleet and drivers
- Follow-up on trips performed and ensures that timing is fulfilled
- ensure the information flow from and to the drivers
- inform drivers about the trip details
- is checking routes
- is checking that AETR regulations are followed
- is taking and follow-up the execution of the transport work orders
- is following up on reducing costs and optimization of trucking fleet
- is organizing transport programme and evaluate how was it performed
- inform the other departments for the transports status
- elaborate reports to direct managers
- ensure follow up on the national and international laws in the field of freight transportation
- relates with other trucking hauliers for optimization of activites performed.
The successful candidate should preferable have:
- Minimum 1 year experience in activity of transports/distribution
- Stress resistant
- Good PC knowledge
- Driving license category B; category C and E represents an advantage
- Official license as Coordinator in Transports represents an advantage.
Ideal candidate must be energetic, dynamic, flexible, very good memory, very good communication skills, stress resistant, responsible, serious, firm, correct, dedicated, with initiative, to work easy with details, to easily use computer (Excel, Word, Windows, databases, Outlook, Internet) and good knowledge of English language.
