- Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell comapny services within a designated geographic territory or by type of customers. Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationship and troubleshooting specific customer problems
- Sells and stimulates demand for company services with existing and new customers in a given geographic area in order to achive quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with salwes targets of the department;
- Searches for, identifies and develops leads from lists, publications and given information to increase market share in the territory
- Follows the market and competition evolution and transmits information to his superior
- Negotiates the terms and conditions with the customers and based on the customer's needsprepare the contracts
- Ensures that all services $ products are professionally introduced
Travells trought the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers;
- Participates in sales meetings to obtain information on sales objectives, promotional actions, newproduct/services etc
- Accompanies junior sales professionals on visits where appropriate, and contributes to training of less experienced sales representatives
- Intermediate level sales professional with services and market knowledge
- Relevant sales experience, preferable in Mobile Telphony, Insurance, FMCG area
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- PC (Word, Excell, Power Point)
- Decisiveness, analytical thinking, self management , accountability, tenacity, excellent communication & organizational skills;
- Good interpersonal skills
