- ensure all operational issues with OIL TERMINAL ¿ inspection, cargo documentation, etc.
- keep continuously updated on the vessel operational issues and all relevant problems for the export of products
- organize and take responsibility for execution and cargo documentation (incl. but not limited to third party and intra corporate correspondence, instructions, shipments, terminalling, nominations, customs operations; etc)
- coordinate operational matters with all staff operations in office
- support export operations and trading
- report on any ongoing activities/status/project to the head of department.
university degree;
- work experience in export/trading: 3 years;
- languages: English - proficient / German desirable
- computer literate
