RESPONSABILITATI

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Reporting to the Country Customer Service Manager, he/she will:
- Be working with one of the world's largest private EDP system;
- Be delivering best services to the company's clients;
- Be responsible for cargo-booking procedures, cargo departure notices and issuance of shipping documents (Bills of Lading, Manifests, etc), equipment tracking, shipment follow-up;
- Be closely interacting with the sales and intermodal departments;


CERINTE

The successful candidate should preferable have:
- Excellent PC skills;
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or logistics (would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills
- Be highly proactive, show initiative and provide exceptional service to our clients
- Ability to deliver to high standards in a thriving environment
- Decisive, creative, innovative
- Strong team player
- Result oriented
