- The management and coordination of receiving, processing/recording and preparing for payment of vendor invoices
- The management and coordination of receiving and processing/recording of Intercompany Company invoices
- Perform the functions of month end close (JE’s, filing documentation)
- Preparation of month end account analysis for Balance Sheet accounts for reporting to Corporate
- Preparing and calculating commissions that are payable based on company activity for the period
- Gathering and preparing documentation for preparation of tax returns
- Preparation of documents for payroll processing
- Special projects as needed
Note: The monthly reporting will have to be performed both in Romanian GAAP and US GAAP!
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in accounting
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
University degree in accounting; 3+ years’ experience and/or training in general accounting.
Fixed salary and meal tickets.
