Rompetrol Petrochemicals is the most dynamic company in the field of production and distribution of olefins in Romania, whose innovating services are focused in order to satisfy all the customers needs. The Petromidia Petrochemical Complex was designed and built in the 80ýs, using both Romanian and foreign technologies (UOP, Mitsui, Snamprogetti, Heat Research Corporation, Pullman Kellogg, etc.) and, at present, it is the newest Romanian Petrochemical Complex.
- Prepares feasability studies and suggests low costs financing for newly identified business ideas;
- Performs operational audits;
- Develops and supervises the implementation of business plans;
- Conductes market analysis and identifies new business
development strategies and market directions;
- Directs the identification and pursuit of new business
opportunities for the company;
- Develops partner contacts and relationships, builds &
fosters the development of relationships between strategic business partnerships, oversees & negotiates major contracts;
- Works closely with internal groups to ensure initial
implementation and long term success;
- Directs financial analysis of new business opportunities for the company;
- Mentors Junior Business Development Executives and Management Trainees.
- Bachelor¿s Degree in Economics;
- Hands-on experience in business analysis and the delivery of multi-disciplinary, business-related projects;
- Strong knowledge of project management;
- Excellent computer skills for the Microsoft Office package and knowledge of MS Project;
- English proficiency (other language competencies would be a plus);
- Fundamental understanding of core business aspects;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Superior communication and presentation skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform effectively in a team environment;
- Strong organizational, time management and task prioritization skills;
