•Performs periodical and on request O&M activities according with the existing maintenance and intervention procedures;
•Prevents, removes and reports the Network Elements alarms, both locally or remotely, by using O&M tools and software aids;
•Maintains a temperature-constant and a dust-free environment in all the sites, controls and cleans periodically the equipment rooms and the air-conditioning filters;
•Requests, updates and distributes the spares stock in order to minimize the intervention time during the outage generating alarms; collect and send periodically the failed units to related vendor repairing centre through the Assets Department;
•Identifies failed hardware and software bugs;
•Fills and maintains the Sites Logs with all related changes.
•University degree (Electronics / Telecommunications would be an advantage);
•Previous working experience in radio network operations and maintenance is a plus;
•Familiar with various manufacturers of microwave and other transmission equipment;
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
•Excellent communication and teamwork;
•Very good computer skills –MS Office;
•Good command of English;
•Able to work in shifts;
•Driving license: B category.
