Job specific tasks:
-To manage all documentation need for handling of site activities like but not limited to: correspondence, method statement, design, request for line closure, process verbal, daily work report/site book, delivery of site, possession, site organisation, inspection, test and site reports
-Follow up of work packages for design, installation, commissioning and Sub-Contractor activities.
-Assistant for purchase of equipment with purchase department
-Progress reports for weekly meeting
-Maintain relationships with the project customer and Sub-contractor.
Personnel responsibility:
-Assistance in following up of work packages for design, installation and commissioning of catenary systems
-Monitoring variations in program relating to site activities, preparing reports and providing documentation for variation proposals with costs where necessary
-Preparation and submission of documentation according to project standards
-Ensures performance of the delivered supplies conforming with contractual conditions
-Direct liaison with suppliers and sub contractors to ensure timely delivery of defined activities on site.
Target of this job is to realize the project requirements within the program as a minimum and to the full satisfaction of the customer.
Responsible to organize the local activities with regard to the customer and the Sub-Contractors and the interface management to them.

Special Tasks:
-English fluently in speaking and writing
-Standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Time and Cost control tools (MS Project, [Tilos])
