RESPONSABILITATI

- Supervision of the current technical parameters of the wind turbines in order to be in line with the technical parameters indicated by the technical documentations of the wind turbines;
- To monitor, constantly control the wind turbines, electrical Substations and the infrastructure of the wind farm, to propose and take all necessary measures in order to maximize the performance of the wind farm;
- To monitor the contractual obligations and activities related to Operation and Maintenance Agreements;
- To supervise the implementation of the maintenance plan for the wind turbines;
- Planning together with the wind turbines maintenance provider of the maintenance program for each type of maintenance and supervision of the corrective maintenance works;
- Supervision of the activity of the wind farm workers;
- To maintain relationships with local and national authorities, energy dispatcher;
- To monitor and constantly control the performance of the project through SCADA system;
- To prepare daily/weekly/monthly basis reports and analyses that summarize the performance of the wind farm (production data, energy based availability data, production loss because of scheduled, unscheduled maintenance, curtailment, average wind speed, etc);
- To prepare on monthly basis the Performance Report of the wind turbines including production data, energy based availability, technical availability, average wind speed, production losses because of scheduled, unscheduled maintenance, curtailments, data related to full load hours, power curves, etc).
- To prepare and evaluate the database of the wind turbines errors for the preparation of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works;
- To collaborate with the technicians and managers of the wind turbines maintenance provider and monitoring times for the completion of the scheduled or unscheduled maintenance of the wind turbine in order to minimize turbines downtime;
- Coordinate together with the Operation and Maintenance providers corrective and preventive maintenance plans related to the wind turbines and electrical Substations;
- Verification of the work schedules prepared by the services providers and submission to the local dispatcher and the operation and maintenance teams for implementation;
- Monitor on daily basis the status of the civil works maintenance regarding the infrastructures of the wind farm;
- Control of the Service Reports prepared by the Operation and Maintenance provider of the wind turbines;
- Control of the weekly Service Reports related to the security systems installed in the wind turbines.
- Control on monthly basis the security systems maintenance reports installed in the wind turbines and electrical substations;
- Identify and control potential risks that might occur on site during the implementation of the various works;
- Coordinate and provide technical support for site teams during the implementation of various works inside the wind farm;
- Preparation/coordination on weekly basis of the civil works maintenance plan, control on weekly basis the implementation of the civil works maintenance, according with the weekly planning;
- Planning, coordination and follow maintenance works related to wind turbines and electrical substations;
- Elaboration of technological procedures related to scheduled maintenance and reparation activities;
- Identity deficiencies and non-conformities, recommend solutions and follow their implementation;
- Back up for the electrical engineer during his absence and taking over related responsibilities.
