RESPONSABILITATI

- Answer phones, take messages and direct callers to the appropriate staff person
- Greet visitors and provide general information
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails and faxes
- Translate business related documents
- Schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events
- Assist staff with office administrative support upon request
- Works with the office staff to create specific materials (research studies, reports)
- Establish, maintain, process, and update electronic and paper files, records, and documents
- Other duties as assigned


CERINTE

- Minimum 3 years in a secretarial position;
- Fluent in English and French
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Secretarial qualification;
- Pleasant and approachable appearance and manner;
- Ability to work of own initiative.
