REDMOND ASSET FINANCE AG, Zurich, Switzerland, (www.redmonds.ch ), is the Manager of a Commercial Real Estate Investment Fund that has been investing in Central & Eastern Europe since 2003.
Redmond seeks 9 PART TIME (between 2 days per week) Area Managers.
We will appoint an Area Manager in EACH of these 9 regions:
- ARAD/TIMISOARA
- BRASOV
- BUCHAREST
- CLUJ-NAPOCA
- CONSTANTA
- ORADEA
- PITESTI
- PLOIESTI
- SIBIU
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work with real estate agents and other sources to find well located commercial properties (buildings, shops) for purchase
- Collect information about such properties
- Help Redmond to analyse the risks and rewards of each purchase opportunity
- Assist Redmond in purchase negotiations with real estate owners
- (Optional) Manage the properties after purchase
- On the job” training provided.
The Ideal Candidate has/is:
- highly self motivated and able to work without supervision
- a minimum of 1.5 days each week during working hours for this job (this job is not compatible with another additional full time job)
- very good English OR German
- genuine interest in property investment and an entrepreneurial mentality
- either a qualification or experience in real estate (OR finance OR business OR law)
- use of a car + driver's licence.
