RESPONSABILITATI

- Assures the development, organization and management of the Agency in conformity with the legislation in force, with the bank's development policy and strategic objectives.
- Represents the Agency.
- Generates and develops business; responsible for increasing the client portfolio and business volume.
- Negotiates transactions, interest rates and commissions and submits them to Branch/Head-Office for approval.
- Manages the assets and liabilities of the Agency in order to maximize the profit and take reasonable risk; responsible for Agency profitability.


CERINTE

- university degree (economics sciences/law or MBA),
- previous experience in management or direct sales area with another bank (minimum 2 years),
- very good knowledge of English language (spoken and written),
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills and sales abilities,
- analysis and synthesis capability
