RESPONSABILITATI

Main Targets :

Leading and developing of the complete Industrial Engineering Department in DTR
Build up a network between the DRX Interieur plants and the Headquarts
Industrialization of products in DTR plant;
Coordination and continous optimization of DTR plant ( process flow, material flow, resources, etc.)

Main Tasks :

a) Project Management

Support and lead projects for DTR plant ( internal projects and projects in different locations)

b) Process Engineering

Implementation of new production processes
Continuous development of existing production processes

c) Process Planning

Planning and realization of production processes in DTR for new and existing products ( process plan, process flow, layout, etc)

d) Equipment Planning

Planning and procurement of series equipment for new or existing products

e) Process Optimization

Continuous process optimization for operative and administrative areas
Responsible for projects optimization using tools like “Lean Management” and “Kaizen”

f) Further responsabilities

Time Studies ( REFA)
Change Management
FMEA Moderation
