Writer

Working closely with the software development team, you will take responsibility for writing and editing technical documentation for Coena's products.

You must have excellent knowledge of the English language.

As you master the use of our software, you must individually develop & update online HTML Help, Product & Training Documentation that is well written, presented, and communicate efficiently to the end-user.

When creating, updating and enhancing the documentation, the writer will assist in creating and adhere to format, content and style guidelines, giving consideration to usability and ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality.

Qualifications:
- Including excellent organization, communication and writing styles the
ideal candidate will have an eye for detail.
- This position requires highly motivated individuals who can grasp complex software and learn quickly.
- It also requires the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Office Productivity tools is essential, while knowledge of HTML and having writing experience is required.
- Experience with at least one Imaging Software (Corel Draw, Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro) for screen capturing is essential.
- A pertinent Bachelor's Degree in English or Journalism, or related field and 2 years work experience, is required. 4 years practical experience in the specific field is also acceptable in lieu of educational qualifications.
