RESPONSABILITATI

Job role – offer technical support and produce the necessary documentation for customer orders;

Responsibilities:
- Handle sample requests and requests for technical documentation.
- Keep track of product configurations
- Assess customer product applications/requests, make suggestions on the components, and interface with the client and/or the application engineer.
- Prepare documentation in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, in accordance with the project & customer specifications;
- Create customers software packages with information regarding the supplied products regarding spare parts, data package or similar;
- Fill-in customers’ data sheets;
- Prepare all product certificates regarding calibration, materials, pressure test, etc.
- Send all documents, products certificates to customers;
- Identify areas of improvement;


CERINTE

- Technical University degree;
- 2+ years experience in one of the following areas: tendering/ product quotations/ technical sales/ customer support/ product design/ documentation;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD;
- PC skills: MS Office, Internet, E-mailers;
- Prioritizing, planning & organizing skills;
