Position Purpose:



We are looking for an exceptional graduate with up to 1 year experience to join our team as a full-time Technical Support Analyst. Thecandidate should have strong potential to grow within the team.
A good degree and background in Computing or a practical experience of IT is required.

Experience in application support, data analysis, reporting, and/or business systems will be an advantage.



A good communicator with excellent English, a flexible approach and excellent problem solving skills is what we are looking for.





Key Responsibilities / Duties:



The primary function of the role is to provide technical support to our client base for a world class enterprise e-procurement application. The role is technically oriented involving master data management, problem solving and database querying using SQL. There will be many opportunities to develop support skills, especially in SQL, Java and XML.
Responsibilities:



Resolve our clients technical issues and requests in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
Maintain a close working relationship with our clients and act as the single point of contact throughout the incident lifecycle.
Communication with clients via email and telephone
Ensure technical issues are fully documented and when required escalated to Senior Analysts for review.
Assist with testing of enhancements developed by the team
Maintain the Knowledge Base
Create of internal and client facing reports


CERINTE

Experience & Qualifications Required:

Degree in Computer Science or Maths is preferred
Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Ability to learn and hunger for new knowledge
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong problem solving skills
Knowledge of SQL and programming principles.
Knowledge of HTML, XML and UML
OS Knowledge (MS, Linux, Unix)









Desirable Experience & Qualifications:

Enterprise application support experience
ITIL Foundation certification
Experience interrogating databases, primarily SQL Server & Oracle (all major versions)
Knowledge of JAVA and XML
Network Diagnostics
Experience using a scripting language (Javascript, PHP, Perl)
Any additional European language is a plus.
Experience communicating with external clients via email or phone
Experience in manipulating files or data using a Text Editor
Ability to analyse reports
