Technical Services Engineers work with both new and existing clients to deploy vidavee products and services on their technology platforms. You will act as a technical liaison between our application developers and the client¿s technical team, managing technical elements of client integration/deployments, troubleshooting, and advocating client interests.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role as a support analyst or technical consultant
- Working knowledge of xHTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Video on the web experience/Web 2.0 (rss feeds etc)
- 1+ years working with XML reliant applications
- PHP/MySQL/HTML, Linux, flash, Actionscript, Python, Perl, AJAX skills
- Strong project management skills
- Full life-cycle issue documentation, investigation, analysis, and resolution
- Defines customer specific functional and technical requirements to hand off to product management and development
