On behalf of our client, a German Company – system provider and manufacturer of innovating heating and installation systems, we are searching for a professional Technical Sales Representative to join and develop his career in an expanding company.
Responsibilities:
• Prospecting on assigned sales territory for potential clients (construction companies, entrepreneurs, etc
• Promoting company’s products to potential and trading clients trough visiting
• Initializing, maintaining and developing relationships with entrepreneurs and construction companies
• Meeting targets for allocated business(sales, payments, marketing, development of products)
• Establishing and constantly updating the data base related to the evolution of each client from allocated territory (sales, marketing activities, forecast)
• Issuing market analysis ( evolution of the competition, their marketing campaigns, price policies) and reporting them on regular basis
• Creates, maintains and improves continuously the company image for the allocated sales territory
• Maintains a continuous communication with other departments for reaching an efficient rate for operations within the allocated area but also for anticipating, problem solving any outcome
- University studies (technical is a plus)
- Relevant experience in HVAC field and/or Good command of Microsoft Office Package
- Clean driving license, cat.B
- Available for traveling within Romania (50% of working time) and international
- Dynamic, organized, adaptable, result oriented, initiative, capable of embracing the mission and values of the company
- Important abilities in working with clients like: empathy, presentation and communication skills, including inducing trial and speaking freely in front of any audience
- Capable of working in a team but also independent, facing stress and dead-lines
- Positive thinker, self motivated
- Medium or advance usage of English. German is a plus.
