RESPONSABILITATI

This job will get you busy with
- Provide analysis, incident support and resolution to the company's PLM, via phone, chat and email;
- Address end-user incidents and requests for assistance within agreed service level guidance in support of business and
IT priorities;
- Work on L2 and L3 support and respond to user tickets in timely manner;
- Suggest workarounds/alternatives and resolutions to user issues, problems, queries.


CERINTE

Basic qualifications:
- Technical university degree – IT field is considered an advantage;
- Good English communication skills and proactive participation in providing innovative ideas and solutions;
- Experience in Industry Applications;
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Flexibility and precision;
- Willingness to travel for a short term at the customers’ locations (in EU Countries).

Professional skills requirements:
- Good understanding of the PLM processes and knowledge of the Teamcenter product;
- Knowledge about the Teamcenter integrations with CAD Tools (NX, I-deas) is an advantage
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support activities
