• Support of product and line relocation ramp-up schedule with AE management,
leadplant, transferring plant and project leaders
• Planning of trial runs, EWAK and 0-series (including VA forms)
• ECR coordination, including the ensurance of confirmation for completing all
necessary tasks by engineers and production before change implementation
• Creation and maintenance of CP (control plan) and FMEA
• Ramp-up assurance and safe-launch measures
• Coordination production support teams for each product in series production
(including support with issues on yield, quality, delivery, cycle time, failure
analysis)
• Support on business plan preparation (BOM, routings, cost centers, VT, teb)
• Preparation for customer, process, and system audits
• Coordination cost tracking and cost reduction activities
• ECR management process
• EWAK planning process
• Production and quality management support process
• Cost tracking and cost reduction process (RPP)
• Coaching of product planners on their responsibilities, regularly following-up
on work progress and target achievement
Technical skills:
• University degree in Engineering or Physics
• Experience with manufacturing of series production in automotive industry
• Methods and problem solving skills
• Leading experience
• Experience with SAP system
• Advanced English knowledge
