RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, global leader in providing rail solutions with a SSC based in Cluj, we are looking for an outstanding Team Leader Global Mobility Compliance.

• Managing a team of analysts delivering Global Mobility Compliance services to the global organization;
• Acting as a first point of escalation for customers and the wider Global Mobility Function;
• Ensuring the quality of services and solving complex problems delivered for operational taxation (tax payments and tax equalization), international payroll, invoicing and recharging for all transfers within company;
• Managing and supervising the completion and accuracy of the processes, performance and effectiveness of the team based on agreed objectives and KPI’s;
• Being responsible for keeping a strong focus on customers and processes, re-distributes and prioritizes work within the team and ensures quality and timeliness of results;
• Handling difficult customers and decision making for complex service requests;
• Working directly with Compliance Governance (Tax, International Payroll, Relocation Providers, Immigration, Health Insurance and Social Security) to define and implement changes required;
• Providing operational insight and feedback into the Global Mobility Centre of Expertise;
• Managing comprehensive and clear communication (sustained by regular conference calls and alignments) in order to identify improvement areas and proposal of process changes and integration within Operational day to day activity with vendors;
• Collaborating with colleagues in other HR Operations, Finance Operations and Payroll teams to share best practices and develop/enhance processes.


CERINTE

• Experience 3-4 years working with complex processes, minimum 1 year experience in a Global Mobility function on Compliance aspects such as Interstate Taxation and International Payroll;
• Degree level qualification, HR qualification will represent an advantage;
• Language skills: good English level (mandatory), any other European language is a plus;
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel;
• Good general business understanding;
• Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure.
