RESPONSABILITATI

- Lead and support a team
- Set the performance targets for the staff according to the MSA/ SOW
- Plan, organize, monitor and manage on daily basis the staff performance
- Manage the targets, activities and achievements of the team.
- Take timely action to coach, develop, train, motivates and inform direct reports in order to improve their performance
- Manage the permanent update of all process documentation
- Daily relationship with customer’s leadership team, build and maintain excellent relationship with the customer
- Deliver operational excellence
- Act as point of contact for all process/people related escalations
- Initiate and execute process improvement
- Supports the Operations Manager and other support functions in administration activities.
- Supports/ prepares reporting decks


CERINTE

- Very strong leadership skills (motivating, feedback, coaching, action oriented, delivering results)
- 3+ years of experience in Collections or Procurement or Customer Management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; drive for results and conflict resolution
- Outstanding customer orientation and energizing attitude
- Economics university graduate
- Fluency in English
- Computer literate
