- Supervision of Billing and Order Committal team
- Delivery of a high quality, customer focused service to clients
- Assign and monitor work distribution in the Billing and Order Committal function
- Respond promptly to team member queries and issues
- Ensure the Billing and Order Committal functions are appropriately staffed, trained & managed.
- Manage and coach employees and conduct periodic performance evaluations
- Reviews and/or processes priority and complex Billing transactions, and authorizes off-cycle transactions and special requests when appropriate.
- Review Billing process and Weekly Order committal reports
- Relevant professional and leadership expertise;
- BA or MA in Economics/ Accounting;
- Fluent in English;
- Experience in supervising and leading an Accounts Receivable team
- Experience in managing change, implementing new procedures and re-engineering processes
- Experience in working to tight deadlines &
- Experience in working with different systems interacting between each other
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong business acumen and initiative;
- Outstanding customer-orientation and energizing attitude
