We are looking for an innovative and motivated person to join us in building the next killer web application interface. Will need to provide direction to and work with various team members towards designing and implementing the best thin client interface.
TEAM LEAD JAVASCRIPT, FLASH, UI

Required:
- 2+ years experience developing thin client UI for web applications
- expert hands-on knowledge of Java Script, AJAX, DHTML, Action Script, HTML, CSS, web standards
- experience with web services
- experience and strong understanding of object oriented programming and team oriented development
- experience in developping cross platform/browser compatibility (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.)
- experience with web UI frameworks (prototype.js, script.aculo.us, YUI, Flex, etc.)
- good aesthetic sense
- strong understanding of server side technologies (PHP, Java, etc.)
- must be self motivated and able to multi task
- must be able to take initiative and drive team work
A plus:
- experience with Flash-JS communication
- experience with video streaming technologies
- experience developing server side applications and services
