In this position you will be responsible for administering the IT infrastructure for our office in Cluj-Napoca. It will involve hardware, software and networking knowledge as well as working with virtualization systems, cloud infrastructures, monitoring tools and infrastructure automation. You will also work as part of the global coresystems IT team in helping solve problems in our other locations worldwide. Your initiative combined with focus on quality will be a key factor in enabling the delivery of a top notch solution in the market. You will constantly face new challenges and every day there will be something to discover and to share with your team. You will be working in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
University degree in relevant topic
Knowledge of networks (Firewall, VPN), Linux servers (Debian, Ubuntu) and virtualization (Vmware Workstation / VmWare ESX)
Experience in server/network administration and with monitoring tools and in MSSQL Administration
Hardware knowledge
Willingness to learn new things
Ability to communicate well with internal customers
Desire to work (and play) hard as a team member in a young, fast-paced environment
No compromise attitude when it comes to performance and quality
Ability to keep your calm and stay good-humoured even in hectic situations
You are a self-motivated team player, but also like to work independently
Excellent English (written and spoken), German is a plus
