The opportunity to work for Endava Group Support Team, within the IT Support Department. Offering support both to Endava and Endava Customers.
Job Description:
- Help group IT support teams in maintaining Endava Romania IT infrastructure
- Provide onsite and remote desktop support for employees and customers in using Endava IT assets and systems
- IT asset management
- Update internal documentation and procedures
- Offer technical expertise for non-technical teams like purchasing or sales
- Respond to high priority issues in a timely fashion to assure business continuity
- Work with project managers on implementing and deploying IT projects
Requirements:
Mandatory Experience:
- Experience in Windows 7 installation, operation and troubleshooting
- Application/Service operation and maintenance (File server, print server, DHCP, FTP server)
- OS Installation and configuration
- Basic operation and maintenance of servers
- Basic knowledge of routing and IP protocols
- Part replacement and HW/FW upgrades for workstations, servers and network devices
- Access management to files and folders
- Good understanding of RAID technology
- 2 year + experience on a similar position (network administrator/desktop support)
Desired Experience:
- Basic scripting skills
- Applications support
- Basic scripting skills
- Good understanding of security standards and concepts
- Cable management best practices
- Experience in working in a datacentre
- Backup systems operation
